Big Lake CLP Application Permit Notice
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AQUATIC PLANT MANAGEMENT PERMIT
The Church Pine, Round and Big Lake P&R District is applying for a permit from the Wisconsin DNR to treat up to 9 acres on Big Lake with the aquatic herbicide Endothall to control the invasive plant curly leaf pondweed. This proposed treatment would occur between April 15 and June 1, 2022. The Treatment is according to the Aquatic Plant Management Plan approved by the Wisconsin DNR. The Membership approved the budget for treatment at the 2021 annual meeting.
This notice is required by Chapter NR 107 Wisconsin Administrative Code.
